If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your merchandise!
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached and must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice and ALL tags attached. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Damages may result in a fee. You will need to complete the return authorization form below. You must include an authorization number before you send back the package. Merchandise returned without authorization or returned late will be refused.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- If the return is a result of our error, please contact Client Services at 1-888- SACHIKA and we will issue a credit for the return shipping charges.

How do I make a return or exchange?
Simply follow the instructions on the invoice included with your package. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to the above address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).

When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received at SACHIKA.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from SACHIKA.com.
